Sourcing & ethics

Family-run Turin knitwear and underwear maker (Maglificio Po), founded in 1936 by the Casalini brothers and now in its third generation. It says the whole production chain stays in Turin, 86% of suppliers are Italian, and it uses natural fibres including mulesing-free wool, with RFID tracking of production stages. An old heritage brand rather than a new one, but small and fully made in Italy. No third-party certification confirmed.
